 Leahs Deep Fried Pickles 
1 cup all purpose flour
cup cornstarch
1tsp spoon baking powder
1cup ice water (Put two ice cubes)
1 tsp Salt
1 egg yolk
5 table spoons of pickle juice
6 table spoon of vegetable Oil for frying
Next stir in flour,corndstarch,baking powder and salt in to a medium bowl.Then add water, egg yolk and the pickle juice all at once.. Then Stir with a wire whisk to make the batter smooth.Cover the bowl and refrigerate for about 30 mintues. 
Heat the oil in a large frying pan make sure the oil is hot before you put the pickles in to fry.Dip the slice pickle into batter to coat evenly then roll them in Italian Season Bread crumbs then fry with out crowding in the hot oil fry the pickeles until they are golden brown and crispy,cook for about 1-1/2 to 2 mintues. Makes about 8 Servings this is a great appetizer serve with totitos chips and dip in ranch dressing . 
